The website was simple enough to use, and checkout went through without any issues. Prices seemed decent too. I got the order confirmation fast, but the tracking updates were slow, which kind of confirmed what I already expected. I had a feeling the delivery info might not be very up to date, and that’s pretty much how it went. Not terrible, but not great either. Just an average experience overall.

"Return was easy"
I had to send back a sweater because the size wasn’t right, and the return process was easy enough. Got my refund about a week later... updates could’ve been a little quicker but it wasn’t a big deal

"Soft, warm, and worth the wait"
The sweater is really soft and cozy, and the cashmere feels like good quality. It did take a little longer to arrive than I expected, but it’s fine, totally fine. Once it got here, I was happy with it.

"Sizing felt a little off"
I went with my usual size, but the sweater ended up feeling a bit smaller than I expected, especially around the arms. The quality seems nice overall, so it’s not a bad buy, but the sizing issue feels preventable if the size chart were a little more accurate. I’d probably size up if I ordered it again.

"Really smooth order and fast shipping"
I ordered a sweater from gobicashmere.com it arrived faster than I was expecting. The tracking updated normally, the package showed up on time, and everything went smoothly. No complaints at all, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I ordered from gobicashmere because I figured the quality would really match the price, but maybe it’s just me — I was a little let down. The sweater is definitely soft, but it doesn’t feel that much nicer than some cheaper ones I already own.
For what it costs, I expected it to feel a bit more special or like something that would really stand out over time. It’s not bad by any means, just not something I’d personally pay full price for again.

"Started pilling after only a few wears"
I only wore it a handful of times and already it’s pilling a lot. Disappointed, because durable it really doesn’t seem to be.

I do like the sweaters a lot, but the customer service was slow to get back to me. I had to send two emails before anyone finally replied, which was super frustrating since I needed help with my order. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of annoying
